Where to Find Norwegian Translator/Cultural Help

Does anyone know where to look for a Norwegian translator and someone who can help me navigate some cultural understanding? I advertised on here, but no luck. No luck on NextDoor either. We’re trying to hire someone from Norway as a live-in nanny (to also teach the language), and I’d like to post on Norwegian websites, but I’m not very good with the language. A translator is desperately needed! And someone who can help me with which Norwegian websites to post on, and any cultural help. Thanks for any help you can offer!
