Job Description We are looking for a skilled an experienced Roof Inspector or Roofer that would like to transition into an office position to join our team. Must have experience with multi-family, commercial, and industrial roofing. This full time employee will perform skilled work in the inspection and repair of roofs. Duties of the Job: • Performs roof inspections, locate issues, diagnose, and come up with resolutions. • Takes pictures and makes sketches of areas needing repair. • Locate and document roofing deficiencies. • Have a thorough knowledge of roofing materials. • Reports on the condition of roof and flashing systems and needed maintenance and repair work. • Performs routine maintenance work on roofs and roof flashings, when needed. • Assists in determining placement of permanent roof fixtures. • Performs other related work as required.. Must Have: • Minimum 2 years of roofing experience in TPO, PVC, Shingles, Tile, Cold process and Modified Bitumen • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (driving is a big part of this job) • Working cell phone • Fluent in English • Helpful Skills: • Bilingual (Spanish) Position: full time, non-exempt.
