Shop Assistant/Mechanics Helper

We are a diesel repair shop looking to employ a full time mechanic's helper; we have had every gender/age in this position before. Our ideal candidate has at least some mechanical knowledge or experience, reliable transportation, a mostly clean driving record, can work past 5 and weekends once in awhile, has good organizational skills and customer service. The main duties of this position are as follows -Ordering parts as per the mechanics -Inventory -Answering phones to schedule customers -Cleaning the shop -Helping the mechanics with minor/simple tasks Compensation will be minimum wage to $15 per hour depending upon your experience and what you can bring to the table.
