We are currently hiring a Maintenance Technician! We require 1 year of maintenance experience. Must be able to participate in the on-call schedule. (Compensation will be based on experience + monthly bonuses and we offer benefits!!!) Work Schedules: Monday - Friday Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Diagnose and perform minor routine maintenance/repair involving some of the following on a daily basis; Plumbing (including sewer lines), Painting, A/C and heating systems, Appliances, Water irrigation systems, Stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings, Tile, carpet, flooring, Roofing, gutters, fasteners and Interior/exterior lights.
