We are looking for a talented, experienced, professional, hardscape installers, landscape/softscape installers and laborers to join our award-winning team. Hardscape Installer This position is a great opportunity for someone that wants to install hardscapes and doesn't want to oversee a crew, or for an individual that has some hardscape experience and wants to develop into a crew leader, eventually supervising their own crew. Responsibilities: Install various hardscapes including Unilock pavers and retaining walls, natural stone walkways, patios and walls. Organize hardscape projects from start to finish. Set grades for hardscape projects. Use all equipment in an appropriate manner Operate Bobcat and mini-excavator efficiently and effectively. Qualifications: 2 to 3 years experience on a landscape construction crew with 1 year doing hardscape installation. Bobcat or mini-excavator experience is a plus. Plant knowledge is a plus. Ability to arrive on time and ready to work every day. Clean driver's license required. Wages and Benefits: Competitive salary and benefit package based on experience. Landscape / Softscape Installer (Full or Part-Time) This position is a great opportunity for someone that wants to install softscapes and doesn't want to oversee a crew, or for an individual that has some softscape experience and wants to develop into a crew leader, eventually supervising their own crew. Responsibilities: Landscape installation and construction projects including landscape planting, grading, lawn installation, spring clean ups, fall clean ups, installing flowers. Skid steer and mini-excavator operation helpful but not necessary, will train. Use all equipment in an appropriate manner. Follow proper horticultural procedures. Qualifications: 2 to 3 years experience on a landscape installation crew OR CNLP with 2 years experience on a landscape crew OR 2 year degree in ornamental horticulture and 1 year experience on a landscape construction crew. Clean driver's license required. Ability to arrive on time and ready to work every day. Knowledge of hardscape installation is a plus, but is not necessary. Wages and Benefits: • Competitive salary, bonuses, and benefit package based on experience. Landscape Laborer Responsibilities: Follow instructions of landscape crew leader or installer to complete landscape construction projects. Landscape installation and construction projects including Unilock pavers and walls, water gardens, landscape planting, grading, lawn installation, Bobcat operation and bed maintenance. Follow proper horticultural procedures. Qualifications: Preference will be given to candidates with experience on a landscape construction crew. Will train responsible, hard-working individuals.
