Natural Cosmetic company looking for customer email and shipping support. Orders are light weight. If Covid slowdown changes, a permanent position may open up. Job description involves a variety of tasks: email, computer work, and hands on packing/shipping small parcels. Professional email and writing skills are needed for retail/wholesale customer questions. Other tasks include creating postage, billing wholesale purchase orders, and emailing invoices. Every three weeks, new stock arrives and is counted, organized, labeled, and put away. Skills needed to apply: Customer service email experience. Excellent attention to detail with high accuracy, excellent written language skills. Very good computer skills, experience with Excel spreadsheets, google drive. Solid keyboarding skills. High accuracy in basic math. Ability to see both business perspective and customer perspective. Bachelors preferred. 4 years experience in customer service. Starting $16. If excellent skill sets, accurate work, and good use of time, pay will increase. After training, earlier hours are preferred. This is a Gig with good chances of moving to permanent part time or full time as Covid slowdown changes.
