We need a Lead cleaner (or two) who is responsible and can manage a job with other crew members. This person is responsible for making sure the job is completed according to company standards and carries work-issued supplies with them at all times. This person can also work alone with high standards and detail. This is a perfect job for anyone wants a full/part-time, daytime job with weekends off for fun or family time! Absolutely perfect if you have school kids and want to work only while they are in school!! We have fun while we work and you are free to listen to whatever motivates you during the day (music, podcast, etc) on your headphones. Busy but relaxed atmosphere. This is a part-time position, but we have been working close to full-time hours on most weeks. Daytime hours typically starting at 8:30am or 9:00am. The average shift is approximately 5-6 hours. Preferred available hours are Monday through Friday between 8:30am and 4:00pm. Saturday availability on occasion, but rare. We are unable to guarantee a minimum of hours each week but typical employees have been working between 25-35 hours per week. We are looking for ambitious and self motivated people who want to clean - or at least like to work hard. This is an instant gratification job! Experience preferred but not required as we provide on the job training to everyone. We specialize in cleaning vacant apartments and rental houses upon move-out. We also provide common areas of condo buildings and large apartment buildings. This can be a very DIRTY job and is hard work, but we have a lot of fun doing it! REQUIREMENTS: You must be able to pass a background criminal screening with NO felony charges - some misdemeanor charges may disallow you also. You MUST have your OWN vehicle and it must have a CURRENT registration and insurance - NO EXCEPTIONS! (You cannot take public transportation to the jobs) We do offer a flat-rate gas allowance to help compensate. We work throughout the Portland Metro area within a 35 mile radius from downtown. Pay Range ($14.25 - $15.00 per hour). There is a 30 day probationary period with a wage increase after 30-days. We also have a generous bonus program! There is opportunity for advancement.
