We always have work! Servicing million dollar properties in our Vacation Rental Program keeps us busy year round! With most of our properties on the ocean they need TLC throughout the year to keep in peak condition. If you consider yourself a team player that enjoys physical technical work at a faster pace keep reading! We are not construction company and mostly focus on light quick get it done honey-do list type of work that requires a skilled hand. In your position using some of our larger equipment and tools will be the name of the game and over time you will become an expert in your department. We have a self paced inhouse training program for your position along with mentors to guide you. Capet cleaning, Pressure Washing and Landscaping experience is desirable, however being healthy and willing to learn is perhaps more valuable to us. Along the way you will get to know a great group of guys with years of technical skills that are always eager to teach an up and comer. Clean Driving Record Must have established residence on North Coast or Transition Plan (housing is difficult to come by and sorry = living in your car while you try and find a spot is not going to work for us) You will need a reliable car or truck to get to work / valid DL and clean driving record. / Company Vehicles provided on the job but we need to know you will not be walking in the rain come winter MUST be able to have basic computer, internet and typing skills (advanced skills is a "+" but not necessary) = Scheduling & documenting the work our maintenance orders happens on laptop computers onsite billable to the job so if you a chicken pecking and struggling online it will be difficult for you to keep up.
