SERVPRO of Fullerton Placentia, CA. Servicing Orange and LA Counties. Specializing in Water Damage Restoration, and Sewage Extraction. Looking for Technicians to do Water Damage, Fire Restoration & Mold Remediation. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Communicate with home and business owners. Removal of water and mold damaged building materials. Set up and maintenance of drying chambers inside of water damaged buildings and homes. Treatment and removal of mold growth of residential and commercial buildings. Setting up of dehumidifiers, air movers and air scrubbers in order to remediate and dry buildings. Documentation of moisture meter readings. Working on properties that have fire damage requiring the removal of contaminated or damaged contents and cleaning the structure and fixtures of smoke and soot. Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment. QUALIFICATIONS Proven ability to remain organized while working under difficult conditions. Strong communication skills, thorough and attentive to details, able to prioritize and multitask, proactive and deadline oriented. Ability to read and understand simple instructions, work orders, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization and to interact professionally with customers. - Must have a clean cut appearance and good work ethics - Must have a Good Driving Record - Must be available to work after hours when needed - Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs on a regular basis - Must pass a background check & drug screening PAY Depending on experience Job Type: Full-time
