Marathon is hiring immediately and on-the-spot for positions in a manufacturing environment with on-the-job training. Team members can earn hourly bonuses on top of the base pay, pay starts at $17.30 per hour (depending on shift and weekly attendance). This is a full-time position with benefits. The different responsibilities of this role makes it a great fit for applicants with experience as manufacturing workers, production personnel, administrative staff, retail associates, restaurant servers, forklift operators, and other similar positions. Past job seekers from other industries have found that their skills easily transferred over to this role. No previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is required!!!
