Maintaining inventory, Warehouse operations, and customer services are critical to the company success. *Ensure excellent experiences for walk-in or call-in customers *Assist customers to obtain the components they require *Accurately pull parts for customers or irrigation system projects *Keep warehouse clean and orderly *Ensure accurate inventory counts *Must be able to run a forklift *Must be able to lift 50LBS The critical skills for success in this role include: some heavy lifting, communication skills, detail oriented, the ability to keep track of many unrelated topics, patience when working with customers, the ability to learn the various parts and the willingness to go the extra mile to please customers.
