Capital Lawn Experts LLC. is seeking experienced SEASONAL landscapers for residential communities in the DC and Maryland area. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: 1. Grass cutting, weed control, raking, planting flowers/shrubs, spreading mulch/wood chips/stones, trimming shrubs and hedges, watering, tree limb removal and other lawn care services as necessary. 2. Trash and debris removal from work area, common areas and streets. 3. Safely operate and maintain equipment and vehicles. 4. Follow safety procedures while performing duties. 5. Other duties and special projects as assigned. Requirements: 1. Previous lawn and landscaping experience preferred. 2. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. 3. Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds. 4. Must have transportation to and from work. 5. Post conditional offer background check required. Preferred Skills: 1.
