Ross jobs offer stability during a very unstable period of time. We are offering both first and second shifts and many varying types of roles to fit your skills, interests and abilities. All positions pay at least $15/hour + productivity and shift differentials. Certain roles pay up to $17/hour base + productivity and shift differentials. Ross offers more than just a job and works with our employees to train and develop their skills. Unlike other distribution centers we set realistic and achievable goals for our associates and reward them when they outperform those minimum standards. Ross gives our associates 120 hours before productivity is measured and from there the productivity performance goals are increased gradually. Our Blue Chip Production Bonus starts to pay out once employees reach only 75% of our productivity goals! Must have the ability to stand/walk continuously for the duration of the full shift, up to 10 hours. Background Check and Drug Screen are required
