I am looking for someone that can dig up the basement floor in my rental property at 926 E. 8th St. and lay some drain lines for a new bathroom. The current drain line stack is very close to where the bathroom will go so the digging will be minimal. Maybe 10' x 10'. The ideal person would have the ability to pull a permit with the city as this is a rental. I don't need someone to then lay the flooring back down but if you do that as well then let me know. I will pay for the equipment rental, dump fees and supplies. I can put you on my workers comp and pay you through my company if necessary. Because you will be in the property with my tenants I am required by law to run a background check. I will go with the person that is the most qualified that offers the lowest rate.
