Responsibilities Set and place forms to correct height and location, & install proper reinforcing Operates a screed to level freshly placed concrete according to grade and depth specification Smooth concrete surface using either a hand trowel or long-handled "bull float" Cut joints & grooves in concrete with edging tools to help control cracking Apply sealer to cure surfaces Monitor the wind, heat and cold and make necessary adjustments as it affects the curing of concrete Clean job site and tools Preferred: experience with decorative, stamped, and colored concrete Requirements Be able to pass a criminal record check  Ability to pass a drug screen Must have a DOT Medical Card (if driving company vehicle) Must be on time and dependable Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Problem-solving skills Conflict-resolution skills We offer $60,000+ per year depending on experience Health and Dental Insurance options 401K with company match Health Savings Account (HSA) Apply online at or call for more information: 763-493-2976
