Hey all, My name is Ryan. I’m 26 and play guitar. I’m helping put together a metal/ hard rock band in Des Moines. We’re mainly metal but open to experimenting a bit. We’re in the early stages at the moment having only worked on a song or two. Our influences are literally EVERYWHERE in terms of metal from metalcore to thrash to death metal. We just want to write music and let it work it’s course. Some of the bands that are enjoyed between the four of us include: Trivium, Opeth, The Plot In You, Polaris, Slipknot, The Black Dahlia Murder, Ice Nine Kills, Wage War, Behemoth, Morbid Angel, Architects, Bring Me The Horizon, The Word Alive, All That Remains, Dance Gavin Dance, Lamb of God, Silent Planet, Pantera, Oceans Ate Alaska, and waaaay more to come if you don’t think that’s enough.
