Description
Looking for a subcontractor: Professional and dependable cleaner or cleaning team to clean a 4,000 sq retail store. Must be able to provide W9 and general liability insurance 1,000,000/2,000,000 aggregate. Store is located in Denver close to Empower Field (Mile High stadium)
Cleanings are done 1x per week on Wednesdays.
Start time needs to begin after 6pm and must conclude before 11:30 pm.
Cleaning takes 2-2.5 worker hours to clean depending on your productivity level.
Looking for long term cleaning crew. Payout is 350.00/Month on the 5th of each month.
Proteam backpack vac and supplies are provided. You are welcome to provide your own needed supplies as well.
Will train on clients specifications.
