Looking for handy person with lift/jack for patio heater install

We're looking for a handy person for a medium size job, assembling & hanging 3x overhead patio heaters. They're 20' long and very heavy (multiple 100s of lbs), so will require a jack/lift of some sort. They suspend from chains which would need to be drilled into an existing steel canopy structure. We have a plumber doing the gas line work but he just needs them installed in place first. Beyond that we'd need electrical run for ignition -- as well as wiring for thermostats (there's one each per unit, they're the main means of control for the heaters). Will require a basic working understanding of heating appliances and an ability to read through the specs of this unit to ensure it's assembled properly Budget is negotiable, looking for bids.
