Multifamily high rise apartment building of 282 is seeking for a full time Maintenance Person. General duties & responsibilities will involve but not limited to: • Manage resident service requests and work orders • Correcting the situation within 24 hours when possible • Must be able to perform plumbing, electrical repairs, as well as carpentry and locksmithing, painting, dry-wall repair. • Ensure all make-ready repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule. • Must be available to handle on-call emergency services on an as-needed basis. • Bilingual English-Spanish is a plus. Compensation will be determined base on experience.
