You will work under and report to the Maintenance Manager.
Knowledge of tools, chainsaw, hedge trimmer, leaf blower, etc.
Run equipment such as tractor, snow blower, etc.
Must not be afraid of heights, ability to set and use a ladder for two-story roofs.
Job Duties:
Assisting Maintenance Manager with all work orders as they are assigned to completion.
Small tree branches cut down and removed.
Overgrown shrubbery trimmed.
Weeds sprayed and removed around the community, dead bushes removed, as needed.
Cleaning of all gutters and downspouts, as needed.
Changing light bulbs throughout the community.
Minor plumbing throughout the community.
General repairs throughout the community such as light painting, fence & gate repairs/replacement, etc.
Trash pickup throughout the community (large trash items, i.e. furniture, mattresses, appliances, etc.)
