Maintenance Manager Position available at hotel/dorm style buildings on Goodfellow Airforce Base. This is contractor position with a civilian company (Modular Management Group) that operates on Goodfellow AFB. Maintenance Manager must provide basic tools for repairs; specialty equipment and materials will be provided by MMG. 40 hrs/week plus on-call availability for emergencies. Compensation $20-25/ hr DOE Responsibilities • Changing light bulbs, replacing fixtures, and performing similar minor electrical tasks. • Plumbing work including opening clogged drains, repairing leaks, and performing other simple plumbing jobs. • Simple carpentry tasks, such as installing shelves, hooks, or closet rods and occasional larger tasks. • Preventative Maintenance on HVAC systems including filter changes. • Roof Inspections and Repairs for small leaks. • Reprogramming Dorma Kaba locks • Requires bending, stooping, and the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, squatting, kneeling, pushing and pulling. • Standing and walking 100% of the time. • Must be able to work outside in all types of weather. Skills /Experience • Previous Hotel/Motel Maintenance Experience Required • Familiarity with modular buildings preferred. • Basic Computer Skills Required • Familiarity with EPDM Roof and Repairs preferred • Dorma Kaba or Similar lock familiarity preferred. Background Check This position is location on Goodfellow AFB. A background check is required. Employment will be dependent upon passing background check.
