A toilet in my rental townhouse in East Falls has an issue. The toilet is not able to flush. So my tenant opened the top and the problem seems to be a hose (connecting two elements) that needs to be replaced or secured. When my tenant put the hose back in place, the toilet will work for a while but then the pressure of the water will kick the hose out of place again. See the attached picture.
