Location: Santa Barbara/Montecito Schedule: Saturday, Sunday: 10 hours per day (may fluctuate), prefer local, but open to LIVE IN Compensation: $30-40/hr, DOE A discreet family in the Montecito/Santa Barbara area seeking a results oriented Executive Housekeeper with at least 5 years of experience with experience in higher end homes. The primary duty of an Executive Housekeeper is to provide deep cleaning, cleanliness, tidying, organizing and ensure completion of daily objectives while maintaining the home’s standards of cleanliness and satisfaction. Will be kind, hard working, courteous to other members in the home working. Will be able to work in a team and independently. Ideal person can manage the deep cleaning, laundry, errands as well as watching a toddler when necessary. Will be able to share references and do a background check. Ability to organize and prioritize work in order to meet deadlines. Ability to work without supervision and exercise independent judgment Leadership capability. Ability to communicate effectively and pleasantly in English.. Ability to communicate effectively with Spanish speaking staff. The ideal candidate will put pride in their work, be reliable, and be friendly and professional at all times. Will beOK with Covid tests and is taking Covid19 seriously.
