Carpentry- Hardie siding and a little drywall

Carpenter needed. I have a small project I need someone else to finish up. My garage (two story) is nearly done but needs to have Hardie siding mounted on one side. This is a second story area. I am a contractor so I have ladders and ladder jacks and picks. Harness and ropes provided as well. The siding needs to be painted either before scaffolding is moved or before installing. This can be done in the garage. In addition, the garage drywall is almost all up, but needs to be taped, etc. I'm looking for one or two people (if two they have to have worked together and come as a pair). Experienced carpenter working directly for me is the arrangement. Not looking for people to bid the work as it is a small job (under 200 square feet of siding and trim boards, eves and fascia on same side). The photo is of the finished side. The same thing needs to be done at the opposite gable. I am a contractor and can supply much of the equipment needed. The carpenter is expected to supply their own hand tools (and possibly more depending on preference). Cleanup, daily and final, by hired person is expected.
