Commercial Property Maintenance Technicians Needed!

Hello Potential Candidates! I represent HH Property Services, a national commercial property maintenance company. I am looking to establish ongoing business relationships with local contractors like you in the State of Iowa to help us service the needs of our clients. Our clients include, but are not limited to: Walmart, Dollar General, Starbucks, Lowes and USPS. Much of the work required for these clients entails, but is not limited to: - snaking of toilets and mainlines - septic tank pumping - water leak repairs - toilet repairs/installations - ceiling tile replacement - floor tile repair - fencing repair/installation - parking lot pothole repair - parking lot restriping - gutter cleaning - irrigation repairs, start-ups and winterizations - other miscellaneous property maintenance. No experience necessary, but a construction background is a plus. Qualified Candidates Must be able to have/do the following: - Must have a working, dependable smartphone that can take pictures and be able to send those photos via email from your smartphone. - Must be prompt in communication and punctual to work sites. - Must be able to follow written and oral instructions. - Must have your own dependable transportation. - Must have a positive attitude. - Must be able to handle yourself in a polite and professional manner to all clients and their employees, even if they are not polite and professional to you.
