Maintenance Worker II – Transportation Services Transportation Services Department Application deadline: Tuesday, March 16, 2021 Visit www.icgov.org/jobs to apply online One permanent full time position available Full Salary Range: $43,368.00 - $55,057.60 Hours: Tuesday - Saturday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Job summary: Participates in the repair and maintenance of City parking meters, facilities and related equipment. Collects parking revenue. Minimum qualifications: Six months experience in a related field that includes maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment required. Must be able to read a technical manual. Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record required. Must be 18 years of age per Iowa Code 92.8. Must pass criminal background check. Preferred qualifications: Three years of related experience and/or training preferred. General construction skills involving electrical, plumbing and concrete work preferred.
