We are hiring immediately! We are looking for someone to fill a Lead Mover and Driver position within our company. We are in need of a professional leader with great interpersonal skills and high level of experience packing and moving items with a large moving truck. Experience in the moving industry is strongly preferred. You will be required to represent the best of Queen B Organizing to our clients and community by upholding our reputation of respect and high-quality service. Experience: Moving: 2 years (Preferred) *We are a drug free workplace, including the use of legal substances such as alcohol and cannabis. We also cannot allow any scents on any job sites including perfume, scented lotions, cigarette smoke, etc. Customer & Team Relationship Requirements - Ability to work alone AND lead a team of people when necessary - High level of patience and customer service - Responsible for receiving payments from customers - Flexible and able to adjust to situations with professionalism - Dependable - Responsive and teachable of our way of doing things Physical Job Requirements - Moving, loading and unloading furniture, boxes, totes, tables, etc. - Experience driving a U-haul/large moving truck up to 26 feet - Experience moving delicate & fragile items such as artwork, breakables, furniture, etc. - Able to lift 50-60 pounds - Move donations, garbage, and recycling to and from various locations General Job Requirements - Valid Driver's License w/ no major driving offense in the last 3 years - You will be driving to clients' homes at a variety of job sites throughout the valley - Keeping track of hours worked - Report details about each job - Be proactive and on time You will be working alone a decent amount of the time, therefore it's important that we can count on you. We have a particular way of doing things, so an open mind and attention to detail are a must! This is a physical job and requires a willingness to hit the ground running, pay attention, and accept the challenges as they come. Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (preferred), with an occasional Friday and/or Saturday. There is mileage reimbursement for the use of your rig when appropriate. Wage starting at $15/hr - depending on experience Will consider hiring a team of 2, if it’s the right fit for the job.
