We are currently expanding and seeking experienced, motivated and reliable candidates for ALL positions. As well, we are offering a year-end sign-on bonus. Candidates Must Have: Valid driver’s license Minimum one year experience in professional landscaping The Ideal Laborer Candidate Will: • Consistently arrive on time and prepared to work until the job is complete • Maintain professional appearance and attitude • Follow foreman’s directions and work as a team • Be able to repeatedly lift heavy loads up to 80 Lbs and navigate jobsite terrain • Correctly and safely use hand and power tools, as needed • Be familiar with proper use of Personal Protective Equipment(PPE) • Work effectively in inclement weather • Ask questions when unclear of process or assignment • Be willing to learn new skills and methods • Always make safety and quality paramount • Represent the company well The Ideal Hardscape Foreman Candidate Will: • Have a minimum of four years experience in professional landscaping • Lead by example in adherence to the above laborer requirements • Instruct laborers in their tasks and methods • Communicate well with clients, laborers and management • Track job times and materials used • Inspect and account for all equipment used on job • Maintain a safe and neat jobsite • Be able to read blueprints and assembly instructions • Be familiar with each step in hardscape installations The Ideal Mow Crew Member Candidate Will: • Adhere to the above laborer requirements • Be proficient using Zero-Turn Walk Behind mowers, push mowers, trimmers, etc • Be expected to immediately take charge of an existing route and complete it in the allotted time • Following a predetermined mowing route and record times accurately and legibly Common Daily Tasks Will Include: • Mulching • Picking Up Debris • Mowing • Pruning • Leaf Removal • Tree and Shrub Planting • Patio and Wall Installation • Drainage and Site Work Compensation will be based upon experience Great benefits package available Apply on our website Or in person Monday – Friday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at: Ward’s Landscape Service, Inc. 7860 Lake Pleasant Road Erie, PA 16509
