Re-home cat with all accessories

I am looking to re-home my 10 month old female cat along with all of her accessories. She is a gray, white, & orange domestic short hair cat. The reason is due to increased sickness and allergy-related symptoms. She behaves well with my 2 young kids. She has been the only pet in our home. I think she would do well with kids, other cats and other dogs (she did well with other animals while in the care of a foster parent as a kitten). She is spayed, microchipped and is up to date with all her vaccinations. She is housetrained/uses a litter box. Her accessories include the litter box, any food and litter that is remaining, her 5 ft. cat tower, and toys. Asking a re-home fee of $50 to ensure she goes to a responsible, loving home. We live in west Knoxville.
