LANDSCAPE FOREMAN POSITION Starting pay: $25-$30 per hour depending on experience Alongside landscaping duties; also supervise, train and manage landscape installation crews using a variety of equipment and materials. Must maintain excellent communication between all crew members, management, and clients. Ensure efficient and clean job sites with timely job management on high end custom homes. May require some overtime and minimal Saturdays. Vacation, 401k, phone allowance. Experience Requirements: 3+ years supervisory/leadership experience and 4+ years professional landscape/hardscape installation experience a plus. Job Requirements: • Must have reliable transportation to and from work • Possess and maintain a valid US Driver License • Ability to lift 50lbs or more on a daily basis • Proficient at operating equipment such as mini excavators, trenchers, skid steers with various attachments • Ability to interact professionally with all customers, employees, management and trade partners • Extensive knowledge and experience installing irrigation, plantings, and a variety of hardscape applications • Bilingual a plus • Must be legally able to be employed in Colorado • Provide your work history • $500 performance bonus • Full time 12 month positions available
