SHOP/FABRICATION - Seeking help with manufacturing, assembly, finish, sanding, solid surface, lamination. All levels of experience will be considered. Must have positive attitude, work well with others, willing to learn and perform multiple tasks, and be on-time. INSTALLERS - Seeking full-time installers with own tools and reliable transportation. Responsibilities: Skilled Tradesman, excellent attitude and ability to work well with others. Organized, detail and quality oriented and ability to work with hand tools and power tools. Ability to be certified in construction equipment and to read blueprints and layout drawings. Ability to work in physically demanding jobs, including standing, kneeling, bending, lifting (up 50+ pounds regularly) and working at varying heights. Timely and accurate completion of essential responsibilities. Strong interpersonal skills and focus on customer satisfaction. Able to work in various environmental conditions, including; various temperatures and varying noise levels. Able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Follow directions, instructions and guidance As needed, loads and unloads tools and products and moves to site location. Performs punch out and/or fine adjustments to work product in the field. Requirements: Must have current Driver’s License. Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs and stand for 8+ hours a day and overtime/weekends as needed. Experienced in operation of hand and power tools. Communication Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as shop drawings, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to understand and speak English Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a benefit. DELIVERY DRIVER - Searching for a responsible delivery driver with a valid drivers license and a clean driving record. While delivery would be the main role, other responsibilities and duties when no deliveries are occurring will be asked such as helping in and around the shop. Expectations: Must be able to multi-task, be productive, self-motivated, professional, respectful, courteous, energetic, and enthusiastic. Must be able to lift heavy cabinetry, panels, and millwork. (50lbs+) Must be able to work alone as well as work with others and maintain a safe environment. Must be able to pass a drug test and speak/understand English. Delivery area is typically within the Central Texas Area. Knowledge of the Austin Area including downtown is a plus. Typical hours are Monday through Friday 7am - 3:30pm but can flex daily depending on job site conditions. Some early mornings and weekends will be needed.
