Hardscape Design/Build installation: 2 year (Preferred) Hardscape Crew Leader: 1 year (Preferred) Front-end Loader Operator: 1 year (Preferred) Driver's License Full Job Description Installation Crew Leader Turf Health is searching for an Installation Crew Leader to lead a Hardscape Installation Crew. This is a fulltime position with year-round work. Responsible for the installation of landscape designs at Turf Health's client properties including hardscapes, planting, water features and low voltage lighting systems. Perform all work designated on work orders within the allotted time. Maintain a clean jobsite. Complete daily paperwork accurately. Proper use and maintenance of Front-end Loaders and various power and hand tools used in the hardscaping construction process. Ability to accurately layout landscapes from drawings. Knowledge and Skill Requirements: Familiarity and experience in correctly constructing walls, patios and walkways from various building materials. Knowledge of ornamental plant materials and proper planting techniques. Ability to calculate and grade changes on site. Possess good leadership and organizational skills. Communicate effectively with co-workers and clients. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour Pay is based on experience Benefits: Paid time off Paid Holidays Year end bonus Schedule: Monday-Friday and some Saturdays 8am-5pm hours vary depending on time of year and weather.
