Oak Hill Investment is looking to hire a full time experienced Maintenance Technician in the Toledo area. Monday -- Friday 9am - 5 pm. Job Description : This position will work on day to day preventative maintenance, maintenance requests, carpentry projects and unit turnover along with the general upkeep of residential apartment building and homes. We are looking for someone who is experienced and reliable. This position requires driving to different apartment or housing sites through out the day. **Applicant must have a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle. ** Applicant also must have their own tools ** Applicant must be able to pass a criminal background check.
