Staff Management | SMX is currently hiring Production Job Responsibilities: As a Staff Management | SMX Associate you will be assembling filters as part of a production team. The 10 hour shifts run Monday through Thursday, with occasional overtime on Fridays. Assembly associates will be responsible for the assembly of residential and industrial style filters. Awareness of safety rules and regulations is critical. Candidates must be able to maintain and record production data.All associates must be able to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and able to stand for the shift duration. Effective communication is important to the productions process and associates will be expected to be able to record production data. Positions require machine operation and associates will be rotated through various positions on the line.
