New home for 3 year old pit

I am looking to rehome my 2 year old pitbull Aries. Crate trained, leash trained, trained to relieve himself outdoors knows basic commands, (sit, stay, down etc) bite trained as well. I'm looking for experienced dog owners only, families that can give him a yard and or space to roam. He is good with small pets such as hamsters but prefers to be the only large pet. Families with older children would be perfect though he is good around infants and toddlers he loves to play and rough house. There is a rehome fee which will be discussed. He comes with crate, feeding bowls, blankets, leashes & collar (prong & flat), brush & shampoo. Seeking someone who can responsibly take care of him.
