Labor Staff Needed for Water Damage Clean Up - $16 per hour

We are seeking temporary labor staff for winter storm/water damage clean up in Dallas starting tomorrow and ongoing for the next two weeks. Job Description: Staff will be assisting a client with water damage clean up in a 38 unit condominium complex as a result of the recent winter storms (mostly pipe damage and leaks from freezing). Heavy duty drywall/sheetrock removal, removal of water damaged carpet and flooring and other debris. Dates/Times: Thursday, February 25 - 8:30am-6pm (daily for the next 2 weeks) Location: 9690 Forest Ln., Dallas, TX 75243 Requirements: Relevant experience is preferred. Sturdy work boots and gloves are required. Must have reliable transportation. Must be willing and prepared to work outdoors and in cold or wet conditions. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly. Must be able to stand, bend, and stoop repeatedly throughout your shift. Must be able to fulfil W-9 requirements for contractor agreement and provide valid, government issued ID.
