Local air conditioning company looking to fill multiple positions. Guaranteed year round work. Must have prior air conditioning experience. Minimum 2 years experience as an HVAC tech or installer. We supply some tools, but you must have your own hand tools. Company vehicle with local jobs (No long distance traveling). Must have a clean drivers record. We serve all of Riverside County. Service areas include… North West Inland Empire (Ontario, Redlands, Moreno Valley & Corona) South West Inland Empire (Temecula, Lake Elsinore, Hemet & Perris) Coachella Valley (Palm Spring, Coachella and High Desert) Top pay scale, with Commission available. We are a repair company that offers the additional benefit of sales commissions. This is not a sales or commission based job. Negotiable benefits and pay based on experience. HVAC technician – Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems. Good communication skills with customers and office is a must. Give clear diagnostic reports and recommendations. Willing to work some weekends on occasion. Use a dispatch program (Service Titan) to receive jobs, give reports and offer estimates to customers. Works well alone or with a partner. HVAC installer – install residential HVAC systems (split systems, heat pumps, pkg units, mini-splits and duct work). Good communication skills with customers and office. Lead installer able to manage a helper in installing clean and correctly installed systems. We are an established HVAC company who has been growing our service area the last couple of years.
