-HVAC Certified
-Paint and Drywall
-Plumbing
-Electrical
-CPO or willing to get the certification
-General punch
-Report time and attendance
Your position demands that you to be organized, efficient and courteous. You must be dependable and trustworthy. You must be willing to support your team and your supervisor in any manner necessary to complete tasks in a professional manner.
Always remember to respect your environment when entering someone's home to perform a service request. Failure to do so can seriously impact resident retention-Performing your job successfully makes a big impact-you are an important part of this team!
Customer Service
-Understand the needs and expectations of residents and exceed their expectations
-Develop a sense of community among the residents and staff
-Maintain active and effective communication with residents
-Follow up on completed maintenance requests to ensure the resident is satisfied
-Maintain a positive community environment for both residents and associates and encourage---------participation in events and activities
-Assist the Community Manager with organizing and implementing a successful turn
-Be available on weekends and after hours for emergency calls
Requirements
Valid Driver License
Proven proficiency in all areas of maintenance operations
Must have excellent communication, management, and people skills
