Hello, we are looking for general contractors interested in getting new leads for construction business. We also have connections that bring job opportunities directly if the numbers are good. We have two ways we can work with you. The first way #(1) (Pay only if you get the job) We charge 10% per project that you (WIN) through our leads. This means you will owe us 10% of the total project value of the job. If you don’t get the job then you owe us nothing. The second way #(2) (Pay less by doing it upfront) You pay us up front per lead on each lead. -Jobs between $-$500 (you pay $25) -Jobs between $500-$1,000 (you pay $50) -Jobs between $1,000-$,2500 (you pay $75) -Jobs between $2,500-$15,000 (you pay $100) -Jobs between $15,000-$25,000 (you pay $125) -Jobs between $25,000-$50,000 (you pay $150) -Jobs between $25,000-$50,000 (you pay $200) -Jobs between $50,000 and up (you pay $250) If you are interested please send us the following: 1-Your contact info (phone, website, license number) 2-What option are you interested in ( 1 or 2) ? 3-What areas do you cover? 4-How many people do you have in your crew? 5-What type of jobs do you like to take? 6-Do you have workmans comp and are you bonded? 7-Tell us anything else you think we need to know. 8-What size jobs are you looking for (dollar amount) Remember, answering all the questions is the best thing you can do. If you don’t have a website or workmans comp for example (it will not exclude you). Just give us as much information as you can so we can figure out what opportunities will work best for you.
