I got a little ahead of myself on various projects. I am looking for a punchlist worker to help me complete some of them. I can pay $25 times the time I estimate it would take me to complete the job. This way workers that are efficient and highly productive make more per hour. I'm a realtor and if you get on my good list I can line you up with jobs that pay $35 times the time I estimate it would take me to complete the job. Must have 1) all your own basic hand and power tools 2) reliable transportation and smart phone 3) at least 2 years full time or 5 years part time repairs or renovation experience 4) recent experience doing repairs and renovation work 5) availability today or tomorrow The Work: If you can do some but not all of the work here thats ok. I can do what another worker can't - Tile work. Finishing a tile job. - Framing. Framing bulkheads and a wall - Plumbing. Finish bracing and installing the female threaded pipe fitting for the shower head. - Light Electrical. Swaping out a fan for a fan with lights - Drywall. Finishing drywall on a few patches and new closet. Hanging and finishing drywall on a new closet. Installing hardie backer board on a ceiling. - Carpentry. Making some repairs and improvements to a deck. - Spa Repair. If you have experience with repairing spa's please let me know. - Landscaping, laying landscape fabric and spreading gravel in flower beds and a walkway (after leveling)
