Abbey Residential Services, Inc. is looking for a Make-Ready Technician for our 720 - Unit apartment community in Houston, TX – The Abbey at Enclave Apartment Homes! Job responsibilities include: * Maintaining the physical integrity of the property at all times. * Insuring a safe and secure living environment for Residents, visitors and staff. * Anticipate, identify and correct any and all problems involving the property and to implement procedures that will prevent such problems in order to maintain a safe environment, cultivate Resident satisfaction, and to protect the investment of the apartment property owner. Candidates must be HIGH ENERGY, positive, team-oriented, have a professional appearance, be highly detailed, performance driven, organized, excellent service skills, able to manage and organize multiple projects, require a minimum of (1) year multifamily Make-Ready experience and HVAC certified as well. Weekend work & On-Call Emergency maintenance is required.
