Open position: Floor Tech and General Cleaner Building Maintenance Services, Inc. -- Kennesaw, GA THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN GWINNETT Hours: 5 p.m to 2 a.m. - Evening Shift Basic cleaning knowledge required Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry 50 lbs. or more Must have reliable transportation and able to handle manual labor Ability to follow-up with night cleaning staff Background check/drug-free Skills: Experienced in all floor care methods. Basic knowledge of carpet cleaning. Experience with buffers, carpet cleaning Good eye for detail Minor repairs Decision making capabilities Able to work independently Responsibilities: On-site floor work: strip and wax nightly, run an auto-scrubber Run carpet extractor Follow directions as stated in the log by customer and area manager Job Type: Full-time, hourly position with benefits Required experience: • Floor Care: 3 years Required license or certification: • Drivers License
