Stolen/Missing Service Animal; Smooth tri collie female, age 7 years, has unusual markings of a white stripe on her right side. Answers to the name of Joy. $1000 reward. She was stolen in Davenport, Iowa, and we suspect that she is in Rock Island, Illinois.
