Property Management Company looking for polite and motivated maintenance contractors to assist with maintenance work at rental properties in the Memphis area. Contractors must provide proof of insurance, have own tools, ability to purchase maintenance supplies for approved jobs, must have own transportation and references, must pass background check. Needed are those that can take work orders submitted online from residents to be completed in a timely fashion and contractors that can inspect and submit bids for larger turn key jobs to include paint, flooring and more. Must be very detailed oriented to insure all needed work is completed the first time. This is not an offer for employment, we are looking for independent contractors for work as needed.
