.Looking for a dedicated hard working Lawn Care professional to be in charge of a 2 man team for our well manicured Lawns & Properties. .Some Landscaping, and Maintenance Tech / Handyman work as well at our multiple office building locations. .General Maintenance work of facilities, grounds, buildings, etc. Interior & Exterior work. .Some knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, sprinklers, pools, pressure washing, etc. .Full Time position with a minimum of "3 years experience". .Starting pay is 17.00 hr. / 40 hrs. + overtime pay. .We offer full benefits, 401K, Medical, Dental, PTO, Life Insurance, paid Vacations, etc. .Responsible for all aspects of Lawn work including hedge trimming, spraying, mulching, etc. .Must be self-driven, detail oriented, and must be able to work in the Florida heat & take pride in your work daily. Great working environment. .Must be honest, reliable, responsible, dependable, and accountable for our Team Members. .A Truck, or Large SUV is a must to transport some lawn equipment & building supplies when needed.
