A family owned real estate company with commercial and residential property holdings in Connecticut. We are seeking an experienced "jack of all trades" to join our small team. This is an opportunity to grow within our rapidly expanding company. This position is responsible for servicing maintenance needs such as (but not limited to) carpentry, painting, electrical and plumbing. This base is located in Redding, CT but travel to our properties throughout the state is required on a daily basis. A current driver's license and a dependable car are required. Evening and/or weekend emergencies can require immediate attention - these hours will be offset during the week.
