Property Preservation Contractor Needed to Maintain Bank Owned Homes compensation: Monthly employment type: contract We are a Property Preservation servicing company that is currently seeking honest, hardworking, quality Property Preservation Contractors to service and manage bank-owned properties through all phases of the foreclosure/pre-foreclosure process. Applicants must understand the requirements of completing work according to HUD guidelines as well as the individual client's requirements and understand the importance of due dates. Must meet the following requirements: - General Liability Insurance - Workers Comp/Exempt - Reliable Transportation - Required tools, equipment, and supplies - A smartphone - Must have, or be able to obtain an ABC# from Aspen Grove. We need contractors that have experience in Occupancy inspections, lock install/change, clean out, mold removal, debris removal, grass cuts, weed removal, tree trimming, tree removal, shrub trimming, roof repair, winterizations and more.
