Montefiore Medical Center Needs Material Handlers! $23 per hour! Two shifts available: − 7 AM-3:30 PM − 3:30 PM-12 AM Apply Today! Job Title: MATERIAL HANDLER II Under the direct supervision of the distribution managers, provides superior customer service by performing shipping, receiving, inventory control functions, and responsible for picking and delivery of supplies throughout the Medical Center, and computerized Inventory Control. Drives vans and trucks to deliver materials to various MMC sites. EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE • High school diploma plus minimum of 3 years work experience in a health care materials management capacity or equivalent of education and experience and computer literacy. High level of communication and interpersonal skills. • License Required - Valid NY State drivers CDL license, 40 month of recent driving, no moving violations or automobile accidents. Must take the drivers road test by the Motor Vehicle Policy of MMC.
