Do you have gardening and horticulture experience, a positive attitude and a passion for landscaping? We are looking for a gardener with a minimum of at least one year experience preferred. You will be assisting with the installation and care of woody, perennial and annual plant material as well as hand pruning of shrubs, small trees and container design, vegetable gardening experience is a plus! This position will be full time. To be a gardener, one should enjoy working outdoors. Also have good practical skills, creativity and an eye for detail. Our team is looking for a career minded key player, someone who has a let's make it happen attitude, We have a family orientated type culture and have been in business for over 50 years. We need someone with some knowledge in plant material, attention to detail, and a constant learning attitude. If this sounds like you, we would love to have you join our knowledgeable team. The requirements are: >Effective communication skills >Present and maintain a MA valid driver's license > Be able to lift from the ground and carry a minimum of 50 lbs. for at least 100 feet. For this position we are willing to pay from $22.00 to $27.00 per hour based on experience. We offer a competitive compensation package.
