Responsibilities include: • Train and directly supervise pest technicians • Be responsible for the actions of the pesticide technician while using or determining the need for the use of a pesticide(s) • Determine the need for use of pesticides to treat yards for mosquitoes, fleas, ticks, and other outdoor pests • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers • Educate customers on the service, procedures, and expectations • Complete all required record-keeping on time and accurately • Operate within the guidelines established by the State of MA and FlyFoe. A few must-have requirements: • Maintain an active Pest Control License for the State of MA. • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Willing to submit to a background check and have a clean driving record • Ability to lift and carry 60 lbs. • Willingness to achieve required certification • Comfortable interacting with customers • Are detail-oriented and a meticulous record-keeper • Technically proficient and able to use Smartphone and tablet apps • Able to work flexible hours March through October, including some Saturdays
